I’ve used You’ve Got This again.
Perhaps you don’t know but, I love a good flower stamp.
This card starts with a base of Tip Top Taupe cardstock. Next came a strip of Sahara Sand designer paper from the new Neutral Designer Series Paper Stack. A series of Blushing Bride circles in a variety of sizes completes the background.
The flower image was stamped once on the Whisper White circle in Blushing Bride and a second time on a separate piece of cardstock.
After cutting out the one flower, I used my Simply Scored stylus and curved some of the petals in and others out. By laying the flower on the Stampin’ Pierce Mat and rubbing the petals with the stylus tip using a circular motion, you get the dimension without tearing the cardstock. There are a few dimensionals under the flower to help it hold it’s shape.
Now it’s time to finish reviewing scholarship applications. Then, I get to spend some time with the current book I’m reading. I’m far enough along that I don’t want to put it down. Better finish my work!
