We’ve been a little apple crazy at my house the last few days. I came home to bags of homegrown apples that had to be used immediately. This has meant sharing in two ways. We shared apples and prepared apples. I’ve made apple fritters, yum! and apple crisp. And have one more batch that must be completed today or those apples will have to be compost as they just don’t keep. That would be sad. Today is my Paper Pumpkin Playdate for subscribers. We may have an apple treat.
So, on to #stampingsunday. This week we’re all using Mosaic Madness. It was fun to pull this set out and come up with something new for me.This set has seen a lot of ink in the last year between my Kit to Go and creations that I shared with everyone.
Today:
I used a Basic Black card base with a Whisper White focal layer.
The vertical pattern pieces were inked in Pear Pizzazz and stamped in pairs at varying heights. I eyeballed this but you could use the Stamp-a-ma-jig to be certain of your spacing.
Next a piece of Sweet Sadie washi tape was added to the center of each pair.
The medallions were inked in Melon Mambo and Daffodil Delight. Then, they were punched with the Mosaic punch. The two pieces closest to the center were adhered with Multipurpose liquid glue. While the other two pieces were placed using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Finally, a Basic Pearl was added to the center of each Melon Mambo medallion.
And that’s my #stampingsunday share. Quick, clean and simple.
