Hi! I’m Sara Levin the artful inker an independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrator in the United States. Welcome to my blog and the Stamping Sunday Blog Hop This with That! For this hop, the design team are using something new with a returning product. I don’t know about you but, I love when those returning products get worked in with our new creative supplies. Let’s take a look at my two creations using the returning Art Gallery stamp set and some new products from the Stampin’ Up! 2022 Annual Catalog.

Stamping Sunday Blog Hop This with That
Art Gallery Congratulations Card

My daughter earned a big promotion at the end of last week. And I was so excited for her, I wanted to make a card so she would have a little something to mark the occasion.
This was a perfect excuse to pull out my Art Gallery stamp set and get creating. Plus Art Gallery is a returning something, making it the perfect start to our “this with that” theme.
For my color combo, I used a couple of new In Colors – Starry Sky and Parakeet Party – and a some returning colors – Melon Mambo, So Saffron, Blushing Bride, Granny Apple Green and Polished Pink (a 2021-23 In Color).

If you haven’t tried the Dots and Spots Die yet, it’s a must have in my opinion. It adds loads of easy visual interest. Here I’ve used it with Parakeet Party and a partial mat of Starry Sky.
By using the softer So Saffron and Blushing Bride, I’ve muted the card just enough that the rest of the bright colors play well rather than becoming too much.
And the congratulations sentiment from the Art Gallery stamp set was just right on the Starry Sky as it pulls the whole piece together.
I think she’ll like it!
Art Gallery Gift Box

This little gift box is super easy to make. I’ve used this box lots of time for creating something to carry treats to workmates. It’s also a great size as a favor or to hold something like a fun pair of earrings.
For the top of my box, I used many of the same elements as I did for the card. Starting with a Starry Sky mat, I topped it with a Parakeet Party layer cut with the Dots and Spots Die.
Then, I stamped flowers and leaves from the Art Gallery stamp set and cut them out with the Floral Gallery Dies.
A little Multipurpose Glue and Dimensionals and this box is ready to fill!
