Hi! I’m Sara Levin the artfulinker. Welcome to my blog. Today, I’m combining a favorite from the Stampin’ Up! Mini Catalog with some favorites from the Annual Catalog for the Stamping Sunday Blog Hop Mini Annual Favorites! After you’ve checked out my combo of favorites, be sure to tour the rest of the Stamping Sunday design team for more combo ideas!!

Stamping Sunday Blog Hop Mini Annual Favorites

One of my favorites from the Stampin’ Up! Mini Catalog is the Dressed to Impress Bundle.
The images in this set are feminine and the sentiments bring a little attitude —
the good kind!
For this card, you’ll start by using the perfume bottle and dots to create a random pattern for your background paper.

Then, you’ll add one of my Annual Catalog favorites – 3D Embossing.
Use the Lace 3D Embossing Folder to create the texture for the center strip.

When I look through my creations,
one of the colors I get stuck in is blue.
For this card, I’ve combined two of my favorite blues: Coastal Cabana and Bermuda Bay.
Layer the Bermuda Bay perfume bottles over a Pearlized Doily.
I love elements that add texture!
After heat embossing the sentiment in white on Bermuda Bay,
fussy cut it and add to your card.

Fibers and Rhinestones are more of my favorites.
Finish with a lush, double faux bow tied with trailing Whisper White Baker’s Twine
and accent with Rhinestones.
All Dressed Up Alternative Purse

Another of my favorite things is to play with alternative ideas for dies.
I’ve combined some of my favorite Annual Catalog products
with an alternative purse for the All Dressed Up Dies from the Stampin’ Up! Mini Catalog.

The sides and handle of the purse are accented with the
Lace 3D Embossing Folder.
To embellish the top of the purse cut a strip cut with the
Delicate Lace Dies – I love die cut details.
And to close the purse, use some more of the fun Bermuda Bay Mini Striped Ribbon.
Now to add a treat!
Thanks for stopping in today!

Absolutely gorgeous creations, Sara. I adore your Bermuda Bay bow, and your purse with the clasp! So clever and amazing like you. D x
Thank you, Denita! Kind of you to say!! And the bow…well lately, I’m into bows that don’t have to be tied.
Love both your card and purse Sara! Great job! Stay Safe x
Thanks, Yvonne! Hope your and yours are well.
I hate to ask, I really do! But, this bag is so darn adorable, I’d like to make this for a class as a Easter Basket for each child. Some of these kids are homeless and would really appreciate a basket, even one as small as this, (which quite honestly , is the thing I love about it the most!). What an awesome project. I love it! Thank you so much for sharing with us!
Hi Gloria! How kind that even during the current pandemic and social distancing you are figuring a way to get Eater favors out to the kids who would have been in class. Unfortunately, I did not write directions as I created the bag. It’s one of those things that I just made. That said, here’s a link to a video for a Mini Easter Favor that has been very popular: https://youtu.be/fRyLgbcttqQ . Perhaps this will meet your need.
Okay these are like amazing! The colour platte is just so fresh and I love the little clasp made with the perfume bottle top!
Thanks, Martin! Always happy to see something different in the stamps.
Love the projects. De closure of the purse with the perfume bottle top is so inventive.
Thanks, Danielle! The mask I made for another project made me think of it.
Oh Sara! WOW! How beautiful are your projects! I love the colour and what you have created. xxx
Thank you, Sharni! Now I have to watch myself and create in other colors – LOL
