Stamping Sunday Blog Hop Color Crush

For the Hop, I’m definitely crushing on the new 2022-24 Stampin’ Up! In Colors.  These colors fit beautifully with the Core Colors.  And since I often play in the brighter colors, they’re sure to be well loved!

Hello Ladybug In Color Card 1

When I first use the new In Colors, I like to just dip my toe in.  This card is a perfect “dip” and looks great with any of the new colors.

For the base of the card, I used one of the Note Cards and Envelopes in Basic White.  I love these for quick cards as there’s not as much real estate to design as a standard sized card.

Then, I used the All Together Designer Paper (available through May 31) with its cute black and white patterns. 

Of course I had to show you the iteration where I used Parakeet Party!  It’s my favorite out of the gate new In Color.  Here I’ve used the Parakeet Party cardstock for the scallop, ink for the Hello Ladybug sentiment and from the 2022-24 In Color Matte Decorative Dots.

For this second card, I moved to a standard size and continued with the All Together Designer Paper.  Black and white designs pair beautifully with the bright In Colors.

This time, I stamped more elements from Hello Ladybug.  This allowed me to use more of the colors – Parakeet Party, Starry Sky and Orchid Oasis.

Then, I embellished with some of the Orchid Oasis Baker’s Twine from the 2022-2024 In Color Baker’s Twine Pack.

And for this third Hello Ladybug card, I’ve stepped it up just a little more.

Still, I used the new In Colors and the All Together Designer Paper.  As I said above, I’m loving the black and white patterns with the bright new colors!

This time, I used the Hello Ladybug elements to create a fabulous, big flower.  And, I’ve added a little gilded splatter for just a touch of bling.
