Happiness Abounds Fall Thank You Card

For my change is in the air cards, the change I’m showing is towards Fall.  A couple of weeks and we’ll officially be there.

So, I’ve used the Stampin’ Up! Happiness Abounds stamp set and a Fall color combination of Poppy Parade, Mango Melody, Cajun Craze and Rich Razzleberry for this thank you card.

I’ve kept the details clean and kind of simple.  The stitching from the Stylish Shapes Dies adds a little subtle detail.

And the Gilded Leafing on the Amazing Thanks sentiment die cut adds just the right amount of bling!

Happiness Abounds Fall Congratulations Card

For my second card, I used the Happiness Abounds stamp set again.  And again, I created with Fall in minds.

Since my daughter has been using lots of congratulations cards lately for friends and coworkers, I decided to create one to add to my stash.

This card is all about layering colors and elements starting with the Crumb Cake layer cut with the Dots and Spots Die.

For the color combo, I used: Mango Melody, Rich Razzleberry, Cajun Craze, Mossy Meadow and Evening Evergreen.

And, I’ve layered the sentiment on a piece of Crumb Cake to kind of blend with the background layer rather than add more color or contrast.
