Hi! I’m Sara Levin the artful inker. Welcome to my blog. Every summer as my neighbor’s hydrangea blooms, I just drool. It’s gorgeous as it transitions through several color combinations. Today, I’m sharing a softly feminine Beautiful Friendship hydrangea card inspired by their bush.

 

Softly Feminine Beautiful Friendship

 

 

One of the variegated combinations is a pale purple and green.

To recreate this:

• start with a Garden Green base
• cut a 4-1/16″ x 5-5/16″ Soft Sea Foam mat
• then, cut a 3-7/8″ x 5-3/8″ Whisper White panel

 

 

Using the hydrangea stamp in Beautiful Friendship,

stamp the flower in

Highland Heather and Soft Sea Foam.

Then, add some Garden Green leaves.

 

 

Layer up the sentiment with

Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle,

Soft Sea Foam and Garden Green.
