I’m pretty excited! This is my “debut” week as part of the design team over on the Try Stampin’ on Tuesday challenge blog. I played with this week’s sketch last week so that my creation can be used as part of the inspiration. That was a challenge for me as I rarely create ahead. I’m more of a in the moment kind of gal.
This sketch,213, calls for a card that is tall and skinny.
I started by creating a soft background by daubing in Pistachio Pudding and So Saffron. To add a little dimension to this card, the washi was mounted on a piece of Whisper White cardstock and then this strip was adhered with Stampin’ dimensionals.
After inking “Smile” with Pistachio Pudding, I over stamped a couple of times so that the word would be bolder.
Now it’s your turn…

Thanks Sandi, each time I create a card with the Bokeh technique I’m surprised by the outcome.
