Snowfall Thinlits Card

Snowfall Thinlits card - snowflake detail - from

Hi! Welcome to my blog. I’m Sara Levin the artful inker. And if you’re a regular visitor to my blog, you’ve noticed that things have been a little off this past week or 10 days. I’m sorry to say that there have been technical difficulties…ugghh!   However, one of the things that I love about being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator is that I can be both creative and feed my geeky side.  Well, technical issues arose and I’ve been doing a lot of feeding to get things back in order.  Not quite there yet but, I hope to be within this week!  In the meantime, I hope you will continue to visit, enjoy my creations and support my business.  For your inspiration today, I have a Snowfall Thinlits card.

Snowfall Thinlits available from November 1 - 30, 2018 from

These are the Snowfall Thinlits.

The thinlits will be available November 1 – 30

along with two coordinating stamp sets (more on those later).

Detail for the Snowfall Thinlits are HERE

For this card, start with a Thick Whisper White base.

Then, add a layer of Coastal Cabana followed by a layer of

Shimmery White cardstock.

Using one of the Artisan Textures stamps, add Coastal Cabana splotches

to the Shimmery White layer in a random manner.

Next, cut two smaller snowflakes, one medium and one large snowflake

using Sparkle Glimmer Paper and the Snowfall Thinlits.

Then use the large snowflake die and cut one snowflake from White Velvet Paper.

Tie a bow through the medium snowflake with

Silver and Whisper White Baker’s Twine.

Then, layer the two large and the medium snowflake together and onto the card.

Place the two smaller Sparkle Paper snowflakes so that they accent

the large snowflake stack.

Use the “’tis the season”  greeting from Itty Bitty Greetings.

Heat emboss on Vellum with silver.

After cutting with the Classic Label Punch, tuck it between snowflake layers.

And finish the card by adding Clear Rhinestones.
