Scrapbooking Global September 2019 Blog Hop

This month’s design theme is a fun masculine take

for the little guys:

“What Little Boys are Made Of”

Let me just say right from the start,

this theme was a little more challenging as

my extended family hasn’t had any little boys for oh so long!

And while I don’t think little boys are made of dinosaurs,

I have known a lot of little boys, through my volunteer work,

who like/love dinosaurs!

Stampin’ Up! Dinoroar designer paper (HERE)

seemed like the perfect starting point to play

with this month’s design theme.

It’s part of the Buy 3 Get 1 FREE designer paper during September.

You’ll create some layering pieces

using Pigment Sprinkles and mat them on coordinating cardstock.

They’re perfect for adding color and texture.

Then with your Paper Snips,

you’ll fussy cut a couple of the dinosaurs from one of the paper designs.

Don’t overlook the partial dinosaurs, like this pterodactyl, as they’re

wonderful for peeking out and over.

Add additional texture to the Whisper White page

with stamps from the Artisan Textures stamp set

and colors that coordinate with the strip of Dinoroar paper

under the photo mat.
