Hi! Welcome to my blog. I’m Sara Levin the artful inker. Today is the Scrapbooking Global Blog Hop November 2018. Our theme for this month’s hop is Winter Textures. And along with the design team, we have several guests from the Scrapbooking Global Facebook Group participating in today’s hop. Let’s take a look at my creation.
Scrapbooking Global Blog Hop November 2018
One of the first things I think of when I think Winter Textures is snow!
And with this month’s special release, the Snowfall Thinlits and
Happiness Surrounds were the obvious choice for me.
Starting at the bottom of the 12″ x 12″ Whisper White page,
you’ll stamp the large image from Happiness Surrounds
in Pool Party — at full strength and stamped off.
Then, add a couple of the snowflake images from Snowflake Sentiments.
Heat emboss these in silver.
Using the Snowfall Thinlits, cut large and medium snowflakes
from Pool Party.
Continue the snowflakes up the side of the photo mat.
Then, add a die cut snowflake flourish leaving both ends free
to create the feeling of movement.
