Why do you give so many tutorials away for free?

• It’s my way of thanking you for visiting my website.

Why don’t you give all of your tutorials away free?

• First, I like to give a thank you gift to customers who purchase Stampin’ Up! products from me.
• Second, I sell some tutorials because of the time it takes me to develop the projects.

Why didn’t I receive a free tutorial or Inker Rewards for my purchase?

There are two possibilities for this:

1. 1.  Your purchase did not meet the minimum for the tutorial / Inker Rewards OR
   2.  Though you clicked through to my store, you switched the demonstrator you were shopping with — ie not me.

If I usually shop with another demonstrator, will she know if I occasionally shop with you?

No.  The Stampin’ Up! store only lets a demonstrator know when you shop with her.
