We’ve spent the morning catching up. And by catching up, I mean watching videos from all of the kids performances that one or another of us missed during the year due to distance. I know I love to see what the nieces are doing that I haven’t been able to be a part of. And, I know that mine appreciates being able to share her accomplishments with the rest of the family even if it isn’t in “real” time. So be sure you’re taking those videos and making time to share them. Now, for my Pun Intended birthday card.

Pun Intended Birthday Card Color Combo
My color combo:
I really like black and white with just a pop of color.
The Pop of Pink designer paper makes creating this way really easy.

Pun Intended Birthday Card
I used a 5-1/2″ X 11″ piece of Whisper White that has been scored down the center and folded to make a card in portrait orientation.
I’ve added a 2-1/2″ x 4″ Melon Mambo piece of Pop of Pink designer paper. Over that is a 3-1/2″ x 3-1/2″ Basic Black pattern from the Pop of Pink pack. Just peeking out from behind the focal layer is a 1/2″ x 1-1/2″ piece of another design from Pop of Pink.
The camera from Pun Intended is inked in Melon Mambo on a 2-1/2″ x 3″ piece of Whisper White.
I used a paint brush to add Versamark ink refill to the flash. Then it was sprinkled with Heat and Stick, heated, sprinkled with Silver Glitter, and heated again to set.
Before adding the Whisper White panel to the card with Dimensionals, I added a large Basic Rhinestone to the center of the camera lens.
And finally, the sentiment from Pun Intended was stamped in Melon Mambo in the lower right corner.
