Hi!  Welcome to my blog.  I’m Sara Levin the artful inker.  In my most recent order, I received the Pop of Petals stamp set.  I took it for a couple of trips around the block this morning and want to share one of those creations.  My Pop of Petals with Blended Seasons Christmas card is a great way to use this new set.  Let’s take a look!

Pop of Petals with Blended Seasons

 

 

For this card, I used a Poppy Parade base.

Then, I added a layer of Whisper White .

 

 

Next, I stamped one of the Pop of Petals flowers in Poppy Parade ink onto Poppy Parade cardstock.

For the leaves, I stamped in Shaded Spruce onto Shaded Spruce.

Then, I cut out the flowers with the Four Petal Flower Punch and the leaves by hand.

 

 

For the sentiment, I used Blended Seasons and embossed in gold.

Then, I cut it out with a Stitched Seasons Framelit.

To add a little glitz, I used another Stitched Seasons Framelit and cut Gold Foil stems.

After layering all of the pieces together, I added a few Rhinestones to finish the look.
