Good morning! We’ve got a fun sketch for you over on the Try Stampin’ on Tuesday blog. For this one, I pulled out my Petal Potpourri and played. This lovely set can go so many directions. Instead of thinking Spring, I took my creation a different way. With wedding season upon us, I think you’ll enjoy creating this one to give to the brides and grooms with whom you’ll be celebrating.
For this card, I incorporated one of my favorite designer papers from this year. I have loved the Moonlight designer series paper stack and will miss it when it retires. Sooo versatile!
This card measures 5″ x 5″ and starts with a Basic Gray card base followed by a layer of Smoky Slate. The designer paper stack size was perfect for easily creating the diagonal layer.
The Petal Potpourri flowers were inked with Versamark and heat embossed with silver embossing powder. The middle flower was stamped on the recessed Whisper White circle. The remaining flowers were punched with the coordinating Flower Medallion punch and adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Did you notice the triangle of Silver Glimmer paper in the upper right corner? That triangle was cut using the top of the large arrow in the What’s Up punch (retiring).
For every product order I receive this week (May 3-10, 2015), I will make a 20% donation to the Red Cross disaster relief fund for Nepal. In exchange for your order, I will send you a step by step tutorial complete with photos. For this project:

This is a beautiful wedding card. Love the color and the little touch of glimmer. Great job!
