Hi! Welcome to my blog. I’m Sara Levin theartfulinker. Today is the OSAT Blog Hop New Review. The 2020 – 21 Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog went live just a few days ago!! (Request a catalog HERE.) And, the OSAT design team are sharing inspiration using some of the new products!! For my projects, I couldn’t wait to open up the Prized Peony Bundle and create with it!

The Prized Peony Bundle contains the
Prized Peony stamp set and the coordinating Peony Dies.
This is one of the Distinktive style stamp sets in the new Stampin’ Up! Catalog.
As you may know, Distinktive stamps have lots of amazing detail.
Peonies are one of my favorite flowers and I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this bundle! I put it at the top of my first order.
Bundle details HERE
Here’s a quick video to show you how to assemble the dimensional peony created with the Peony Dies.

OSAT Blog Hop New Review

This card is all about the soft details
and letting that gorgeous flower shine!

Check out that embossed background!
I used the new Dainty Diamonds 3D Embossing Folder.
Peeking out from behind the flower is one of the Square Vellum Doilies
And the flower is perfect for coloring with your Stampin’ Blends!
All the shading detail in this stamp works as a great guide for shading as you color.

To accent, I’ve used the Rococo Rose Gathered Ribbon and kind of gathered it.
Then, I’ve added the sentiment using Stitched So Sweetly Dies.

Peony Dies Favor

My daughter picked up a bag of Ruby Chocolate Kit Kats.
Let’s all say “yum”, now!
She thought I might like to have them to create with and
her timing couldn’t have been better.
They were the perfect thing to create this Peony Dies Favor around.
You’ll want to whip this up to give to all of your friends you’ve missed while in quarantine.
They’re also great for parties, showers and weddings!
Or my favorite — just because.

All the details you’ll need for making the favor.

Here’s a handy reference chart to use along with the Peony Dies
so that it’s easy to know what die does or goes with what.
You can find some additional charts and catalog tabs HERE

Lovely! Thanks for the handy die chart!
You’re most welcome, Candy!
Love that you have labelled the dies. That photo is really useful. Gorgeous card, as always. I am debating if I would have the patience for this die.
So glad you found that helpful! It may help to know that you can cut all of the flower pieces in one pass with your die cutting machine. Only you will know how much playing with pieces you care for. But, assembling the flower isn’t really on the fiddly side.
Oh goodness!! I haven’t gotten this set yet and you’re making it so hard not to buy!!
Thank you, Lisa! Love that I’ve been able to tempt you.
