Hi! Welcome to my blog. I’m Sara Levin aka the artful inker. I’ve been on a bit of a box binge lately. There have been bunnies, chicks, unicorns, lambs, a garden crate and more. I love coming up with ideas for boxes. When my husband said that he would head out this week to visit his mom, I asked about sending along some Easter favors for her to share at seniors. Once he picked the candy, I came up with these Mini Easter Favors to package it.
Mini Easter Favors
Aren’t they pretty and spring-like?
I used Sweet Sugarplum and Peekaboo Peach.
They’re part of this year’s retiring set of In Colors.
If you’ve loved them as much as I have, now is the time to stock up
so that you’ll have plenty for the future and qualify for a Sale a Bration item!
For the sentiment, I used Teeny Tiny Wishes
and stamped in the matching In Color ink.
It’s one of my all time favorite sentiment stamp sets –
as there’s something for almost everything.
So that my sentiment would fit on a 1″ Circle Punch, I used the Stamparatus.
This stamp positioning tool will be in the new Annual Catalog.
It was soo easy to mask half the sentiment stamp and then line up the second half exactly.
Under the circle punch, I used a 1-3/8″ Scallop Punch with Dimensionals between all layers.
To accent the sentiment, I used a single small Rhinestone.
Around each box, I knotted a piece of Striped Grosgrain In Color Ribbon.
I love that Stampin’ Up! give us a whole assortment of color coordinated products!!
It makes creating even easier.
