Hi! Welcome to my blog. This morning I was over at the high school to finish part of a service project I’ve been working on. I’ll share more about it tomorrow or Wednesday — I need to finish my part now. When I got home, I played with creating something that could be used for St. Patrick’s Day. Lovely Wishes with Tutti Frutti cards and envelopes is a pretty, spring-like card.
Lovely Wishes with Tutti Frutti
For my card base, I used one of the Tutti Frutti cards and envelopes.
If you haven’t gotten them yet, you should choose them with your next order —
On the base, I added stripes of Garden Green washi.
And over that, I swirled some Lemon Lime Twist Ombre Ribbon.
Next, I used Lots of Labels Framelits to cut
layers of Gold Foil and Garden Green.
For the leaves, I used the carry over Leaf Punch to cut Vellum.
The Vellum gives nice, soft texture.
For the focal layer, I cut Whisper White with a Layering Oval Framelit.
Using an Aqua Painter, I swiped on Lemon Lime Twist ink.
Once the watercolor wash was dry, I stamped the flowers
from Lovely Wishes in Garden Green.
Then, I used Dimensionals between every layer.
To finish the outside, I added a few sequins.
Finally, I stamped both the envelope and the inside of the card
with the same Lovely Wishes flowers that I used for the focal image.
Thanks for stopping by today and checking out my Lovely Wishes with Tutti Frutti card.
