Love What You Do with Playful Backgrounds

Hi!  Welcome to my blog.  I’m Sara Levin aka the artful inker.  Today, I played with the Love What You Do stamp set that is part of the Share What You Love bundle (only available for 10 more days).  To create my card, I combined Love What You Do with Playful Backgrounds.

Love What You Do with Playful Backgrounds

 

 

For my card, I started with a Basic Black base.

I’m so happy that Coastal Cabana is returning to the

Stampin’ Up! color palette.

It’s beautiful with Basic Black!

 

 

 

On my Whisper White background, I stamped twice with the large watercolor image

from Love What You Do.

Then, I stamped the small flower cluster in Coastal Cabana.

Next, I used the outline circles from Playful Backgrounds in Memento Black.

 

 

Moving to the focal image, I cut Basic Black and Whisper White circles.

Using my Stamparatus, I stamped the sentiment and leaf at the same time.

Love this sentiment as I choose to approach most days as if it’s a beautiful day.

To accent the sentiment,  I used a Sequin Trim loop and some loose Metallic Sequins.

 

 

And on the inside, I added a Whisper White mat with

a strip of Pick a Pattern Washi.

The washi is perfect for mimicking the Playful Backgrounds circles.
