Hi!  Welcome to my blog.  I’m Sara Levin the artful inker.  Tomorrow, my daughter heads back to school.  So of course, she’s planned a get together with friends that she hasn’t seen all summer.  With her input, I made some Lemon Zest party tags for her gathering.

Lemon Zest Party Tags

 

 

Since the gathering has a Pink Lemonade theme,

I think the Lemon Zest stamp set is a perfect fit.

The pink lemons are so cute tied on to the glasses!

 

 

To create the tags, I first punched all that I needed from Whisper White

with the Lemon Builder Punch.

Next using the Stamparatus, I stamped the lemons first in Flirty Flamingo.

Then, I used a Sponge Dauber to add Melon Mambo ink around the edge of the stamp

and stamped again.

For the sentiment, I stamped in Granny Apple Green and repeated a couple of times

to darken the image.

Since I wanted variegated leaves, I stamped one set full strength and one set stamped off.

After punching, I paired one leaf from each set.

Finally, I tied the Lemon Zest tags to each glass with Lovely Lipstick Grosgrain Ribbon.
