Hi! Welcome to my blog. I’m Sara Levin the artful inker. I had to take a day off and catch my breath! This is such an exciting, busy time of year. Today, I’m sharing a Lemon Zest Farewell. Lemon Zest is one of the retiring stamp sets. But it’s so fun and cute, I couldn’t let it pass without one more go!

Lemon Zest Farewell

I’ve used the Lemon Zest stamp set.

It is retiring!

Details HERE

For this Lemon Zest card,

you’ll use a Flirty Flamingo base

and a Whisper White layer.

Ink the lemon slice with Versamark and Flirty Flamingo.

Then, stamp your background and heat emboss with clear.

Tip: Clean your stamp before re-inking.

Use your Aqua Painter to pick up Lemon Lime Twist ink and

swirl it between the lemon slice images.

Emboss on slice on Vellum and cut out with the 1-3/4″ Circle Punch (retiring).

Mask the sentiment and stamp on Basic Black.

Then, heat emboss with white.

Use the Triple Banner Punch to cut the banner end.

Layer the sentiment over Poppy Parade 1/4″ Mini Striped Ribbon

and Gold Mini Sequin Trim (both retiring).

Finish this Lemon Zest card with sequins from

the Metallics Sequin Assortment.
