Hi!  Welcome to my blog.  I’m Sara Levin the artful inker.  Today I’m here to share with you the Lasting Lily sympathy card that I unfortunately needed to make for one of my customer/friends.

 

Lasting Lily Sympathy Card

 

 

I like to keep my sympathy cards fairly clean and simple and stamp in soft tones.

To make this, cut:

Smoky Slate base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″

Whisper White layer: 4″ x 5-1/2″

Stamp each of the calla lily blooms in Smoky Slate.

Then, add stems and finish with leaves.

 

 

Stamp the sentiment from Lasting Lily on Whisper White.

Then cut with the Pretty Label Punch.

 

 

In keeping with simple, clean lines, add the focal layer directly to the card base.

And adhere the sentiment with Dimensionals.

 

This and a few other cards are in the mail to friends today.
