I don’t know about you but, this really sneaked up on me. Since that’s the case, I figure there have to be others like me who would like to add a little derby ambiance without a lot of fuss. I came up with a cute, easy way to decorate your julep or whatever your favorite Derby beverage is.
But, first I want to let you know about:
Beginning today, you may order from the first set of Project Life products available from the exclusive partnership between Becky Higgins and Stampin’ Up! There will be more coming! Every card in the 100 pack set is unique – no multiples. Colors coordinate with your favorite Stampin’ Up! colors. In fact that’s one of the great things about Stampin’ Up! products – the coordination. You won’t find these cards, embellishments, etc. anywhere else.
Beyond cards, you’ll find washi tape, journaling pens, a corner rounding punch, die cut stickers, stamps and more. The introductory group of products is listed below. Simply click on the list to be taken to the store to order yours today.

Now that you’ve seen these new product offerings, take a look at this easy Derby decor.
Pull out your favorite Derby glassware. Next, you’ll want your Spiral Flower die, cardstock of your choice and a hot glue gun. In my case, I used Real Red.
Cut two spiral flowers. Be sure to let them unwind so that they are larger. Glue one flower being sure to wrap the two circles at the end around the flower. For the second flower, you’ll want to glue the spiral to the second to last circle. Carefully cut a slit between the last circle and the flower.
Now glue the two flowers back to back, leaving the piece with the slit free to slide over the edge of your glassware.
Easy! You’ve got time to make enough of these so that your glasses are ready for your Derby Day guests. Have fun!
