It’s a busy day downtown today. The Easton Area High School Jazz Combo is playing during the annual Jazz Breakfast. Good food and great music. It really doesn’t get any better than that to start your day.
And, if you’re looking for something to do after breakfast. We’ve got that covered. On this lovely Saturday, you can take a walking tour of the ACE Studios. Lots of unique, quality art to see and purchase. When you’re done with that, why not head on over to the Farmer’s Market and grab some locally grown groceries and lunch?
With all of this going on today, my creation needed to be a CAS – clean and simple. After creating my Banner Framelit flowers the last couple of days, I had some neat scraps left that I was dying to use. Today was the perfect day to put them to work.
Using the piece of Coastal Cabana cardstock from which I had cut the Banners, I carefully laid down strips of Gingham Garden and Epic Day washi tape. Taking my Stampin’ Spritzer filled with Coastal Cabana ink refill and alcohol, I pulled the spritzer piece out of the bottle. Then gently tapped the stem so that ink droplets splashed across my card. Next I adhered the Coastal Cabana piece and added Basic Rhinestones. A quick, easy, bright card for this lovely day.
Now, I’m off to enjoy what the city has to offer today.
