Hi! Welcome to my blog. I’m Sara Levin theartfulinker an independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrator in the US. Today, I’m sharing alternate 7 for the January 2021 Paper Pumpkin Kit Sending Hearts.

January 2021 Paper Pumpkin Alternate 7

For this alternate for the Sending Hearts kit, I created a card that can be used all year around.  You can still send this at Valentine’s Day.  But, you don’t have too with this design.

First, I created my own background paper by stamping the heart in Bumblebee.  Then, I added a strip of Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding in a rough ruffle after coloring it with Night of Navy Stampin’ Blends.

Next, I layered postage stamp blocks cut with a Snail Die and the Postage Stamp Punch.  After stamping the Sending Hearts snail, I colored it with Stampin’ Blends in Night of Navy and Granny Apple Green.  To cut him out, I used a Stitched Shapes Die and my Mini Stampin’ Cut and Emboss.  BTW — all of the dies used today fit in this smaller machine!!
