So, one of my favorite activities is reading. Besides wanting to know all the things — you’ll find me with a million tabs of articles open, I love to curl up with a book. And, I’ll read to the detriment of getting anything else done.
When I saw this In the Moment stamp, I knew this set was for me and mine. We belong to the never enough books, stack by the bed waiting to be read, oh there’s another one I need group.
Since this is an outline stamp, I used my Stampin’ Blends to add the color. With them, I find it easy to add color and shading.
I used the Flowering Fields Designer Paper as the jumping off point for the color. Then used my Cardstock Sampler Ring to pick more coordinating shades. Color coordination is one of my favorite things about Stampin’ Up!
Another favorite thing are the Hippo and Friends Dies (retiring) that I used for my focal layer. Love the three different label shapes in graduated sizes!
To embellish, I used the Expressions in Ink Ephemera Pack, Genial Gems and Pool Party Sheer Ribbon.
