Well hello there!!  Long time no see.  Technology was winning there for a while.  I thought I had everything back in shape…And then…I said the words — “nothing else can go wrong”.  So of course it did.  I’m laughing now.  And much more relaxed.  A few tweaks to be made over the next few weeks.  But fingers crossed, this Humming Along Thank You Card is the beginning of regular sharing with you — again 🙂

Humming Along Thank You Card

Simple

 

 

For this card, you’ll need the Humming Along stamp set

from the 2019 Occasions Catalog.

You may choose it now, when you join my team.

Or, wait until it is available on January 3.

Card Basics

Melon Mambo base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″

Whisper White layer and insert: 4″ x 5-1/4″

Stamp the hibiscus flower in Smoky Slate

Color with Melon Mambo, Old Olive and Daffodil Delight

Watercolor Pencils.

Then, brush the color with a barely damp Aqua Painter.

Stamp the sentiment in Mossy Meadow.

And, add the layer with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Intermediate

 

 

For this card, you’ll step it up just a bit with fussy cutting

and Stampin’ Blends.

 

Card Basics

Lovely Lipstick base:  5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″

Whisper White layer and insert: 3-7/8″ x 5-1/8″

 

 

Stamp the hibiscus flower twice in Smoky Slate on Whisper White.

Color the flower with Lovely Lipstick, Old Olive and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends.

Use your Paper Snips to cut out one flower with stem and just the bloom on the second.

Layer the flower using Stampin’ Dimensionals

and Foam Adhesive Strips.

Stamp “Thank You” in Mossy Meadow.

Add the layer and insert to the card base.

 

Humming Along Thank You Card

Stepped Up

 

 

For this card, use the measurements from Card 2.

Then, stamp the Whisper White layer with an Artisan Textures image

in Daffodil Delight.

Next, wrap Old Olive Linen Thread (available in the Occasions Catalog)

around the layer 3 times.

 

 

Stamp the hibiscus flower from Humming Along, twice, in Smoky Slate.

After coloring with Stampin’ Blends, use your Paper Snips to fussy cut.

Then, adhere the pieces with Dimensionals and Foam Adhesive Strips.

 

 

Punch Mossy Meadow with the Sprig Punch and tuck the sprigs behind the flower.

With your Lovely Lipstick Stampin’ Blends, color Clear Epoxy Dots.

And for the sentiment, stamp in Mossy Meadow and cut with

an oval Stitched Shape.
