I’ve had the best time creating Panorama cards since I came up with the first one last Fall. When I got to thinking about what I would like to make next for Easter, I started thinking about the sugar eggs I used to see when I was a child, that have a scene in them. One side was open so that you could peer into the egg. Ah ha! another excuse to make a Panorama card.
This one’s a hybrid, meaning I used both My Digital Studio and traditional paper crafting to create the finished product.
I didn’t have a bunny stamp so, I turned to My Digital Studio. This bunny is from Little Additions. I added him to my page and then stretched him into three different sizes, flipped one so that I could have one facing in from the left and colored them all Soft Suede. But, he needed a little texture. So, I added one of the overlays from Eventful Year and changed the color to Early Espresso. Then, I printed and cut them out.
My card base is Soft Sky. I cut the openings with the Oval framelits. and then added my bunnies.
Using the Fringe Scissors I cut several pieces of “grass” from Pear Pizzazz. For my flowers, I used a combination of Wisteria Wonder, Blushing Bride and Summer Starfruit cardstock and ink. Some flowers were stamped using the Petite Petals stamp set. All of the flowers were punched with the Petite Petals punch. I layered flowers around, shaping some with the Bone Folder. Bottom layers were adhered with Multipurpose Glue and top flowers were placed on Stampin’ Dimensionals. The final touch was adding a frame of Basic Pearls around the largest opening.
I’m quite pleased with the way this turned out.
