I had a crash creative day yesterday! Spring break for the schools begins today and I get to visit my mom and siblings this weekend. I rolled in late last night and while everyone is still sleeping, I got up and grabbed my coffee and computer so that I can share one of those creations with you.
I used PCCCS138 and High Five. I’ve been using stamps from the Occasions catalog for months now almost exclusively and decided I need to show some love to some of the other stamps in my collection.
After looking at the sketch, I decided to make a faux shaker card.
Using the On Film framelits, I cut my photo frame. Then by putting it on cattywampus it gives the effect of the card having been shaken.
Embellishments have been mixed and matched: Basic Rhinestones; Candy Dots; and In Color sequins.
It’s a fun, simple card!

Such pretty colours Sara, and while I don’t know what “cattywampas” is the way you’ve arranged your background is really lovely. Thanks for joining us at The Paper Craft Crew this week 🙂
Jan it was my pleasure to play along! Glad you enjoyed my card. As for “cattywampas”, it’s just a fun way to say not straight.
Hi Sara, I think stars are perfect for this film framelit! You’re right, it does kind of resemble an easier shaker card! Thanks for joining us at the Paper Craft Crew this week! Crystal
