I had the most delightful surprise yesterday! An acquaintance of mine from an online group that I belong to for demonstrators (sudsol.org), let me know she would be in town today and asked if we might meet up for coffee. We did. And I hope we will again the next time she comes through this way.
It was soo fun to meet and get to know each other a bit more and talk shop.
Stampers are fun people! and Blythe is no exception.
Our coffee date was the push that I needed to move an idea from my head and make it a reality.
I’m trying to share more RAK’s (random acts of kindness) in the form of little favor type things that I make.
Here’s the box that I gave to Blythe.
I used the Gift Bag Punch Board (one of this week’s deals) to create this Prism Box.
This will be one of the projects we make in the Gift Bag Punch Class that I’m offering at the end of the month.
The body and lid of the box are made from Mossy Meadow cardstock.
Then, the lid was covered with Birthday Bouquet designer paper.
The top of the box was embellished with a Blushing Bride flower cut with the Fun Flower punch.
After shaping the petals, I added a Very Vintage designer button tied with a bit of 1/8″ Gold ribbon.
This cute little box holds 4 – 6 Ghiradelli squares.
It’s perfect as a RAK. Or use it as a favor or gift box.
Thanks for stopping by!

This is adorable. Do you have a tutorial on how to make these? I would love to try it. Thanks.
Thanks! and thanks for asking Kim. I took all of the photos today and should have a tutorial up tomorrow.
