Floating Book Fold Card

For today’s card, I used the Gorgeous Leaves Bundle from the current Mini Catalog.  I used elements from the stamp set and Intricate Leaves Dies to decorate the front of my card.

The real fun of this card is on the inside with its floating layer and the splash that the Beauty of Nature Designer Paper makes!

I’ve been dying to use these prints since I received the paper back in May!  We’re close enough to Fall now that I just had to break them out.

 

For the sentiment, I stamped directly on the designer paper.  It stands out just enough and yet blends well with the feel of the print. 

The sentiment is from the In Your Words stamp set.  This set has some of my favorite sentiments of all time.  They’re meaningful without being mushy, which is perfect for my style and taste.
