The possibilities are endless with mini albums. There’s always something new you can do which makes them creatively appealing. When I saw the Epic Day designer paper in the Annual Catalog, I just knew I had to make something with it. I love the slightly grungy look of it. You have to love the double sided paper and the fact that the patterns coordinate so well.
So at the end of last summer I offered a class on making the Epic Day mini album. Now I know you’re asking yourself, “Why is she posting this now? It’s January.” I’m sharing this now for two reasons: first, it’s a cool project; second, I’ve had a lot of email contact about it lately; and third, yes I said two, you haven’t seen it yet.
This mini album has lots of great features. There are top and side loading pockets with coordinating inserts, flip tabs and interior pockets to go with the usual pages. It makes for a perfect traditional scrapbook or, a really cute smash album for a special event or trip.
