Happy Monday! I spent my morning in at the school receiving orchestra uniforms. I was lucky to have my daughter’s help! The two of us managed to get the first steps of organizing for the new school year out of the way fairly quickly. After lunch, I sat down to create. Pulling out a few different bits, I settled on a card using Eastern Beauty with Color Theory designer paper. It’s a fun, bold card! Take a look.

I think I have a problem!…a Berry Burst problem.
I’m loving it too much!!!
~
Over the Berry Burst card base, I added a strip of Color Theory Designer Paper.
I love the cracked paint look of this pattern.
Next is a faux bow using Lemon Lime Twist 1/4″ Ombre Ribbon.
Then, there’s a Bermuda Bay circle cut with Stitched Shapes Framelits.

I stamped a circle from Eastern Beauty with Berry Burst.
Then, I cut out the circle with Layering Circles Framelits.
Tucked in between the layers are loops of gold Metallic Thread.
Next, I stamped a smaller circle from Eastern Beauty in Lemon Lime Twist and added the Berry Burst sentiment.
This piece was also cut out with the Layering Circles Framelits.
For accents, I cut three Lemon Lime Twist circles with the 3/4″ Circle Punch.
Then, I finished with sprinklings of sequins from the Metallics Sequin Assortment.
