Don’t forget to write! That used to be a common saying when kids went off to school or family members moved away or were traveling. Today’s keynote speaker at Stampin’ Up! Leadership was Jason Wright. He gave both a humorous and moving talk about why we should still be writing and sending letters. They’re memories you can hold that are in the other person’s words. Hugs you can return to over and over again. Inspiration you can repeatedly turn to.
This is just one of the many reasons that I’m a demonstrator and why I love it. I get to share and create with others. And, I get to help others share their love and care with the people in their lives.
Take the time to create a handwritten message for the people in your life. Texts, emails and other forms of electronic communication just don’t have the same ability to touch and be cherished.
I’ll have time to edit photos from the last few days and begin sharing tomorrow. Leadership was amazing! I enjoyed the classes and the time with my Stampin’ Up! buddies. Wish you could have joined me. Maybe next time.
