We had a lovely few days with my mother in law. Christmas was a little different this year as she is no longer living on her own. However, she is so much better than she was a year ago! The new normal means no more traditional meals. But more importantly, it also meas that we still get to spend time with her. We enjoyed the Steelers game with her on Sunday evening. What a lively crowd at her new home as the game neared the end! Monday night while visiting, my husband was the bingo caller. The group really enjoyed his humor! And yesterday morning, we were up early to drop my daughter for her bus to the Pinstripe Bowl. I hope she’s taking pictures! Because today, I’m sharing December Scrapbook Pages using Candy Cane Lane.

December Scrapbook Pages
Today I’m sharing a couple of scrapbook pages that I created using the Candy Cane Lane designer paper.
This designer paper was super popular — ie sold out!
But if you have a pack or even just some scraps left, you’ll be able to whip up these cute pages.
My pages used 12 x 12 Crumb Cake cardstock for the base.
Picture mats are Real Red cardstock.
Using Holly Jolly Layers, I created a medallion to accent my top page.
A strip of washi and a few circles punched from the designer paper finish the first page.
For the second page, I cut out one of the gingerbread houses from the paper.
Circles punches of designer paper were again accents.
And of course, there’s space for journaling.
Easy double page layout!

I’d LOVE to be your demonstrator!
