Hi!  Welcome to my blog.  I’m Sara Levin the artful inker.  Today, I’ve begun prepping for a fundraiser the I’m putting on this Friday.  The group coming to make cards is raising funds for a Strides team.  It’s a win for everyone!  Funds will be raised and the attendees will go home with a stack of beautiful cards!!  I thought I’d share a clean and simple card I created for Friday using the Darling Label in jewel tones.

The Darling Label Punch Box comes with the punch and

an exclusive set of stamps,

2 ink spots in Night of Navy and Grapefruit Grove,

and a sample size stamp block.

For this clean and simple card,

I started with a Thick Very Vanilla cardstock base

and added a Very Vanilla layer.

 

 

On the Very Vanilla layer, I stamped a couple of times in Crushed Curry

with a stamp from Artisan Textures.

Then, I added Mossy Meadow leaves cut with the Leaf Punch.

Before moving on, I tucked in loops of Copper Metallic Thread.

Next is a Stitched Shapes square in Blackberry Bliss.

To finish, I stamped a Darling Label sentiment in Crushed Curry

on Crushed Curry and cut with the Darling Label Punch.
