Creation Station Creating for Easter
Crazy About You Gift Box Punch Board Easter Basket
I’m all about the 3D creations this week.
Several week’s back, I held a Gift Box Punch Board class. In the process of coming up with alternate projects that can be made with the Box Board, I created this next item by mistake. I’ve been saving it for Easter.
It makes such a sweet little basket. Perfect for a few special treats.
I inked up one of the flowers in Crazy About You and stamped it. Then, I inked up just the edges and carefully stamped again to give the two tone effect.

Petite Petals Easter Card
Next, I created a box for a single treat. I think this one is my favorite.
Using the Ovals Framelits as a starting point, I created this Easter Egg Box. It will hold one piece of candy such as a Kit Kat.
The Decorative Dots embossing folder was used to give the “eggs” some texture. Over that, I’ve added several flowers from Petite Petals and some slivers of Pistachio Pudding cardstock for leaves.
Now that you’ve seen what I have to share, it’s time to move on and be inspired by the rest of the team.
Thanks for stopping by.

Wow – talk about a ‘mistake’ working in your favour! Such a cute little basket, Sara, and I love your egg gift box too. I laughed at Kathy’s comment about the sugared eggs with the scene inside – I used to have one of those, too!
I love these projects, Sara, especially the egg gift box!! It reminds me of the sugared eggs with scenes inside that I used to get as a child (way back when the dinosaurs roamed the earth).
Ha, ha Kathy, I think we must be from the same era. I loved those too!
