Creation Station Blog Hop Trees and Textures
For today, I created masculine projects.
My card starts with a Basic Black base.
Then, I added a layer of Share What You Love designer paper.
Next, I stamped the large leaf from Rooted In Nature in Memento Black on Crumb Cake.
Using the coordinating Nature’s Roots Framelits, I cut the Crumb Cake leaves and
embossed and cut the Basic Black leaves.
For a tiny bit of shimmer, I used Wink of Stella.
Over the leaves, I placed a Starburst punch from Vellum.
Then, I pulled some Copper Trim and tucked it in.
Next, I cut the large tree from Nature’s Roots in both Basic Black and Copper Foil
For the sentiment, I stamped in a combination of Versamark and Memento Black
before embossing in Clear.
This gives just a hint of color to the embossing.
Final details were a couple of more Rooted in Nature leaves and some copper sequins.
Creation Station Blog Hop Trees and Textures Project 2
For my second project, I started with one of the Mini Pizza Boxes.
Then, I covered the sides and top with Share What You Love designer paper.
Over the designer paper, I used the tree slice stamp from Rooted in Nature.
After stamping, I cut the tree slice out by hand.
Next, I tucked in a few of the stamped leaves.
Then, I used the Copper Trim in a loop over the slice.
For the sentiment, I stamped one from Rooted in Nature.
Before adhering it with Foam Adhesives Strips, I cut it into three pieces.
