Joyful Flurry Slimline Christmas Card
If you’ve been following along this last week, you know that I suddenly found out a week ago that instead of needing just 10 more Christmas cards I needed an additional 50. Well, I’m happy to say that with one week in to the new count, I now need 38 more cards. Each of these cards will be different.
Today’s slimline Christmas card using Joyful Flurry Bundle will add to my count.
This quick card starts with a little ink blending for the background. Did I mention that I’m using a non-traditional color combination?
The colors for this card are Melon Mambo, Polished Pink, Coastal Cabana and Pool Party.
Over the blended background, I added a scattering of snowflakes cut with the Frosted Flurry Dies. By the way, the Dies have been reduced in price!
Behind the sentiment, I used some of the Metallic and Shimmer Paper. You can find this paper in the July – December Mini Catalog or in the Last Chance section. I love the contrast it adds, not to mention the shimmer and foiling.
Then, I added a zigzag of Iridescent Trim before topping it with a couple of die cut labels with the sentiment.
