Hi! Welcome to my blog. I’m so excited to be creating again. I’ve spent the last couple of weeks chaperoning. This week’s Creation Station Blog Hop Color My World was the perfect “excuse” to pull out some of my new products and give them a spin! Of course, after checking out my creations, you’ll want to see what the rest of the team have for you!

When I thought about coloring, I just had to play with the Brushos!!
I’m in the process of trying to find out what all I can make them do.
This background is both super easy and cool!
–
–
After creating the background on Watercolor Paper,
I layered it over a piece of Tutti frutti designer paper.
The card base is Lemon Lime Twist.
–
–
Using the Celebrate You Thinlits (free with a qualifying order),
I cut a piece of Myths and Magic Glimmer Paper.
After layering it, offset, on a piece of Basic Black,
I gently curved the sentiment as I adhered it to the card.
Finally, I added Glitter Enamel Dots as accents.

Project Two
–

For my second project, I created a coordinating gift card envelope.
Using the Lots to Love Box Framelits, I cut the Lemon Lime Twist and Tutti frutti pieces.
Then, I added a Watercolor Paper panel with a Brusho design.
–
–
Next, I cut a glimmer paper “4” and layered it on a piece of Basic Black.
After cutting the “you” from Watercolor Paper with the Celebrate You Thinlits,
I brushed it with water and sprinkled on Brusho Gamboge.
Finally, I tied on a piece of Ombre Ribbon and added a Glimmer Enamel Dot.

Thanks Mikaela! So many cool effects with Brusho and no two alike.
Such a fun project! I love how you created the background!
Thanks Dena! Don’t you just love a product that does all of the work for you?
What an amazing idea to create a background this way! Going to have to try that! Really fun cards Sara!
Thank you Linda! I just love what happens when you mix the Brushos with water!!
Sara: These projects are stunning! That swirl of Brusho color for the background is just the ticket! These projects make me smile (and I might have to CASE them)!! xoKathyxo
Thank you Kathy! A smile is the perfect response — just what I want to see on the recipients face!!
what a lovely backgraound, very cool! Kind regards, Kerstin
Thank you Kerstin! I’ll certainly be playing with this idea more.
Oh, I love that Brusho background! It is perfect with that glimmer paper, too.
Thank you Sara! The Brushos are so much fun. I love watching to see what will happen.
Your Brusho swoosh background is to die (dye) for! It looks like a fancy tie dye technique that is tricky and technical. You are amazing. Smiles, Elizabeth
Thank you Elizabeth! I love how EASY the Brushos make creating this look.
