Hi! Welcome to my blog. I’m Sara Levin theartfulinker an independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrator in the US. Today, I’m excited to share one of my favorite cards I’ve made recently. It’s a Circle Celebration Thinking of You card.

Circle Celebration Thinking of You Card

I had just begun playing with Circle Celebration when my computer died last month.  So when I saw on my schedule that I needed a “thinking of you” card for today, I immediately pulled it out to play with it again.

Circle Celebration is one of those stamp sets that can appear a little intimidating to play with.  But, it’s really quite easy!

The “trick” for using this stamp set is simply picking a color combo and then stamping a variety of circles.

Here, I’ve used Bermuda Bay, Coastal Cabana, Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green, and Magenta Madness.

By using Dimensionals for the circles to add a variety of heights, I created more visual interest.

Finally, I added a sentiment from Many Messages.  I love having a whole sheet of the Many Messages sentiments stamped, cut and waiting to be used.  It makes putting together a card faster as I often wait on the sentiment until I’m ready to send/give it.

This card was snapped up as soon as it was finished.  My daughter asked to take it to give to a coworker that was leaving.  The coworker came back to my daughter and said she planned to keep the card as she was so touched by it (it made her cry). 

Don’t underestimate the power of a folded piece of paper!
