Sometimes I love to mix and match my stamp sets as I create a card. That’s what I’ve done today as I created what I call Carols of Christmas Blooms. It combines something brand new with one of my favorite floral images. The flower got me to thinking about a Christmas Rose. Let me know what you think.

One of my favorite things about the new Carols of Christmas stamp set is the large sentiments included.
They practically make the card all by themselves!
Which is great if you make a lot of Christmas cards!!

I started with a Real Red cardstock base.
Then, I added a layer of Garden Green cardstock.

On the Whisper White layer, I started with Birthday Blooms.
I selectively inked leaves and flowers on the stamp using
Garden Green and Real Red Stampin’ Write Markers.
Then, I stamped the sentiment from Carols of Christmas in Versamark
and heat embossed in gold.
After adding the Whisper White layer to the card with Dimensionals,
I finished with three gold Pearl Basic Jewels.
