Hi!  Welcome to my blog.  I’m Sara Levin the artful inker.  Today was all about coloring for me.  I love using the Stampin’ Blends alcohol markers.  And, the Butterfly Gala Southern Serenade card was a perfect way to work them into a card!

 

Butterfly Gala Southern Serenade

 

 

You’ll start with a Thick Whisper White base.

Then add a piece of Tea Room Specialty Designer Paper

with a Rich Razzleberry mat.

 

 

Stamp 3 of this pretty little butterfly, from Butterfly Gala,

and color with Stampin’ Blends.

Then cut them out with the Butterfly Duet Punch.

 

 

Stamp the sentiment from Butterfly Gala in Memento Black on Whisper White.

And accent the strip with Clear Rhinestones.

 

 

Stamp the floral image from Southern Serenade in Smoky Slate

on Whisper White.

Then color with Stampin’ Blends.

Mat this panel with Balmy Blue.

After wrapping with Old Olive Linen Thread,

add a strip of Granny Apple Green.

 

 

Add a Pearlized Doily before adhering the sentiment

and focal panel with Dimensionals.

To finish use Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the butterflies.
