It’s the first day of Spring. Yay!! And it’s just begun to snow (4″-6″ expected). Boo! But, before it gets too bad out, my daughter an I are going to treat ourselves to some So Fun Yogurt. They’re having a special first day of Spring offer here. It seems like a good way to celebrate Spring, snow and an early dismissal. Besides, we just like their frozen yogurt. Now for my Bloom with Hope for Try Stampin on Tuesday 210 card.

Bloom with Hope for Try Stampin on Tuesday 210
I played with Bloom with Hope and sketch #210 from Try Stampin’ on Tuesday. This one helped me meet a card need.
This sketch made for a perfect clean and simple card. And with Bloom with Hope, I ended up with a lovely sympathy card. Which as I said, is just what I needed.

I wanted my flower to have some dimension. After snipping a few of the petals apart, I used my Simply Scored Stylus to emboss parts of the top and underneath sides of the petals. This embossed flower was placed over a blossom that was stamped directly on the smallest Whisper White square. It gives it a little something without taking away from the simple elegance.
