Hi!  Welcome to my blog.  I’m Sara Levin the artful inker.  Today, well…today, I’m traveling.  My daughter has just a few days between her arrival home from China and heading back to school.  And if we don’t visit now, she won’t see most of the family until Thanksgiving or maybe even Christmas.   So to be able to hang out with everybody these next few days, I’ve created ahead.  That way, I can still share with you!   My creation to share with you today, is a Blended Seasons Clean and Simple Christmas card.  Let’s take a look.

Blended Seasons Clean and Simple Christmas

 

 

Today, I’m using the exclusive, limited time stamp set – Blended Seasons.

The line art in this set is perfect for coloring.

Using it this time, I created a Christmas card.

 

 

For this clean and simple card, I used a Thick Whisper White base

with a Whisper White layer.

First, I stamped the holly bough in Smoky Slate.

Then, I used one of the Stitched Seasons Framelits to

partially die cut the shape.

 

 

Next, I used my Paper Snips to cut around the holly.

After coloring in the holly and berries with Stampin’ Blends, I added gold Metallic Pearls to the sprays.

For the sentiment, I used the Stamparatus and a separate piece of Whisper White to

add the Poppy Parade “Merry Christmas”.
