Sometimes it’s fun to combine stamp sets!
Best Birds Watercolor Wings Card
I stamped the branch from Best Birds in Soft Suede
onto Whisper White.
Then using a Blender Pen, I colored the leaves with Old Olive.
The sentiment is also from Best Birds
and was inked with Rich Razzleberry.
Next,
I cut a piece of Crushed Curry with one of the Eastern Medallions Thinlits.
It makes the perfect sun!
For the butterfly,
I used the Watercolor Wings stamp set.
The butterfly was inked with Sweet Sugarplum and Rich Razzleberry.
I stamped and cut two butterflies.
After the butterflies had dried, I painted on a generous layer of Clear Wink of Stella.
Then, I folded the butterflies and adhered them so that the wings stand open.
Next, I added the Whisper White focal layer to a piece of Rich Razzleberry cardstock.
Finally, I adhered the layered piece to a Soft Suede card base with Dimensionals.
