Hi! Welcome to my blog. I’m Sara Levin aka the artful inker. As I mentioned a couple of days ago, my friend Gary was coming over this week for some help using the Sliding Door Framelits. I have already shared the alternate idea card we made. And since Gary likes boxes about as much as I do, I created a Barn Door Treat Box. Today, I’m sharing the box we made using the framelits.
Barn Door Treat Box
For my box, I used a piece of Wild Wasabi cardstock.
I wanted a Spring look but, I think this could also work for Christmas.
Using Ready to Pop, I stamped the sentiment on the left.
On the Rose Red door, I added the wreath from Barn Door.
First, I stamped it in Wild Wasabi.
Then, I stamped the flowers in Rose Red in full strength and stamped off.
Using the Sliding Door Framelits, I was able to cut the wreath and the separate flowers.
When the door is moved, you can access the treat through this pull down window.
