I’m having a love hate relationship with technology today! I love what it can do — but only when it’s doing it and working properly. And I’m having another “my computer is not cooperating day”. Aside from that inconvenience, I enjoyed a couple of hours with band friends getting some of the kids set up with chocolate. Then, we decided to grab a bite to eat together while one of us killed time before her appointment. I had just enough time to finish up my creation, that I started early this morning, before school was out and it was time to work on dinner and head out to this evening’s concert.
Balloon Celebration combined nicely with TGIFC37.
I used two of the images from Balloon Celebration to create my background layer. The randomly stamped images were inked in Basic Black and Melon Mambo.
Next, I used the triple step stamping for the balloons. The solid image was inked in Melon Mambo. Then, I stamped the outline and texture images in Versamark before heat embossing in black.
After using the Balloon Bouquet punch, I added some of the two tone Bakers Twine. Isn’t it awesome!?!
The “let us celebrate” sentiment is shaped like a balloon string. It’s kind of fun as a layer accented with Basic Rhinestones.
