I spent Friday evening and Saturday in Richmond, Virginia for Stampin’ Up! OnStage. Yesterday, I received an early copy of the 2017-18 Annual Catalog. So excited! It’s one of the perks of being a demonstrator. Of course I’ve poured over it at least a dozen times already!! My roommates have both already completed their pre-order!!! I’ll be picking my new stamps, dies, punches and designer papers today. And for you, I’m sharing the Affectionately Yours roommate gift that I gave to my roomies over the weekend.

Affectionately Yours Roommate Gift
Speaking of roommates, we usually make something to give each of our roommates.
I gave these.
They are the Full Size Wood-mount Stamp Cases.
I lined them with Night of Navy cardstock
and then a layer of Affectionately Yours designer paper.
Inside were a small notepad, a pen
and a couple of “emergency” bars. After all,
no one wants to run out for a quick nibble —
you might miss something!
Of course, I had to pretty them up.
A strip of coordinating designer paper was perfect for the notepad.
For the bars, I first put them in 3″ x 6″ Cellophane Bags.
Then, I tied them with 5/8″ Mini Striped Watermelon Wonder ribbon.
Next, I tied on a bow using 1/8″ Gold ribbon with a bit of
Whisper White Pom Pom Trim tucked in.
Finally, the notepad and bars were secured with a bit of Tear and Tape.
Thanks for stopping by and checking out my Affectionately Yours Roommate Gifts.

I’d love to be your demonstrator if you’re in the United States!
What a lovely idea of using the stamp cases. Your room mates would have loved them. Found you via FB Demo Business Page
Thanks Vicky! Don’t you just love all the things those cases can be used for?
LOOOOVE this idea! What kind of bars are they?
Thanks! Lisa. I went “good” and “bad” with the bars — a healthy, fruit filled Larabar and a Hershey Cookie Layer Crunch bar for a little late afternoon energy.
