On Tuesday, my girlfriend and ProCraftinator team member Anne and I took a “field trip” to Ikea. She’s getting ready for a few craft shows and I’m in pursuit of better organization. Anne was driving and instead of take the main highway we took the scenic route. There are always some lovely things about taking a scenic route first and foremost is that it seems less hurried. This route included a quick side trip. Anne asked if I minded if we went a little out of our was as she wanted to show me something. Of course not!
Here’s a look at some of what we saw.
These are just a few of the sculptures. I was soo busy oohhing and ahhhing that I was slow to take out my camera.
The sculptures were created by Steve Tobin.
After shopping, I came home to orders. Yeah!!
So, I created a few Acorny Thank You love notes to go in some of the late September order bags.
These are on 3 x 6 Very Vanilla cardstock.
The acorns from Acorny Thank you were inked in Mossy Meadow and Blackberry Bliss then punched with the Acorn Builder punch.
Behind the acorns is a Gold Metallic thread bow.
And at the bottom there’s a dash of Season of Cheer washi.
These were perfect as thank yous but would also work well as gift tags.
